Yes, it is that time again, Auto Addicts – Journal Volume Two hit the presses late October and was on the shelves early November. Thanks to everyone who contributed and helped give birth to get another Volume packed with amazing photographs and adventures. Onwards to Volume Three!
AMOC Racing Advertising creative designed to change the perception of the clubs image, build awareness of a new management team and increase the clubs profile. The ads featured the new look logo style and selected images from Steve Hodgkisson and Jakob Ebrey. The campaign ran in series across a selection of Classic Motorsport journals including a run in Motor Sport Magazine.
This morning the DHL man delivered the new 2018 Seasons brochure for AMOC Racing, designed, written and artworked in-house. The brochure is A4 – 8pp, printed in full colour throughout with full bleed images covering the 9 decades of racing which the AMOC Racing events uniquely offer. In December our first printed publication of Auto Addicts arrived from the printers – Volume One.
132 pages of classic adventure travel through racing, rallies and touring. Including special features and interviews. All printed on high quality uncoated stock perfect bound with a soft touch matt laminate cover. All the events have taken place in the last 12 months and advertising has been kept to a minimum.
January 2017: With MRL taking over the management and promotion of the AMOC Racing events, a refreshing new look and feel was required for the well respected Owners Club events, this simple new racing look was created here at RPM12 along with the seasonal information flyer and matching email stationary.

Classic.Directory : September 2016. To compliment our classic motorsport digital magazine : Auto Addicts; we have joined forces with Historic Motor Racing News Magazine and launched a new site for advertising and listing vehicles, bikes, events and business services in the Classic industry. January 2014, On the back of a 10 years of racing and working for a number of independent car dealers, we were constantly being asked “Can you help us reach a wider audience?” With national press deadlines being such a long league time, we decided to put 20 years worth of motoring & racing contacts into a database and launched a digital magazine to help businesses, race series, dealers and private individuals out-reach their news or specialist cars on a weekly basis. Two years on, the database is still growing daily, and we send an email once a week to over 3500 high net worth classic enthusiasts and racers with a round-up of classic news, galleries and race reports – in the process we have learnt lots on how to optimise social media platforms to boost traffic, we measure everything and know exactly what our readers respond to and like to read!

January 2014, The Aston Martin Racing Club came to us to ask for a press team to help cover their five race meetings. We built a motorsport press database for them, increased their social media community and gathered a small team to output race reports from every grid and social feed news throughout the day as well as film content. We also provided preview releases and wrote the event programme.
January 2013, Grovewood PR came to us to ask for social media strategies for the Renault Sports Championships they run, Renault Clio Cup & Formula Renault and then later the Clio Cup Series an entry level Clio race grid. We were delighted to join their extremely professional press team and activate social news feeds from all rounds from the track side.
September 2012, Powerboat P1 run Powerboat & JetSki Championships in both the UK and US. The management team approached us to help plan out a global digital fan & press contact strategy which we helped to initiate, integrate and manage, including implementing a centralised social media wall for each championship off the website, with live streaming updates. We also managed fan and sponsor communications, competitions and all pre and post press output.
January 2012, Bramley Garage asked us to kick start their social following in 2011, we started their Facebook and Twitter presence, brought in top automotive car photographer to provide them with the ‘money shots’ for their website and provided weekly articles about the many supercars they sell. Within a year Bramley had a strong social following with regular engagement activity from their followers, the channel provide instant notification of new models for sale and helps spread awareness and increase sales.
June 2011, In their 60th year Castle Combe Circuit ‘known universally as the UK’s friendly circuit’ embarked on a major Social Media campaign. Already owners of their own Motorsport Forum, the circuit also now regularly chatter on Facebook, Twitter, images are sent to Flickr after each meeting and a video snapshot of each event can be found on their You Tube channel.
We helped them through the transition of starting new channels, building a community and interacting with them, alongside traditional marketing methods at the end of year 1, they had a healthy following; over 1800 fans on Facebook and over 4000 views on their You Tube channel and the market leading share of voice* over all the UK circuits with 55% of interaction being about images and video. Facebook also now drives 2% of their total web site traffic. (* Share of voice was measured in August, by listening software Radian6)
May 2011, QuickSilver Exhaust Systems have the benefit of a product that makes an amazing sound, invoking reaction from any car enthusiast. As well as building and growing their online community here at RPM12, we launched an online Competition to guess the Exhaust sounds on PistonHeads forum. The competition was an instant hit receiving over 700 entries in 3 weeks. Increasing site traffic by ten times over the initial launch period.
